Via Your Confirmation Email

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel through the carrier's website. Simply click the tracking link in that email to see real-time delivery updates.

Via Your Account

If you placed your order with a Saint Vael account, you can log in and navigate to My Orders to view your order status and tracking information at any time.

Haven't Received Your Order?

If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email first — sometimes parcels are held at a local depot or delivery was attempted when you weren't home.
