We want you to love your Saint Vael purchase. If something isn't right, this policy outlines how refunds and exchanges work.

Eligibility for a Refund

We accept refund requests for items that:

  • Are returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Are in their original, sellable condition

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@saintvael.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Our team will reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a defective item).

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please note this in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a full resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit) at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@saintvael.com and we'll investigate.
