If a pricing or product information error is discovered after an order is placed, we may contact you for confirmation, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected order.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted once payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or incorrect customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@saintvael.com.

We will try to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

7. Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges for your order.

Payment transactions may be processed by independent payment service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Standard transit time is approximately 5 to 8 business days. The total estimated delivery time, including processing and transit, is approximately 6 to 11 business days.

U.S. orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $150 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $8.94.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, high shipping volumes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Items marked as Final Sale and products that do not meet the return eligibility requirements cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping on standard returns.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or sent because of an error by Saint Vael, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

10. Refunds

Returned products are inspected after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Banks, credit card providers, and payment services may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from a defective, damaged, or incorrect item or an error made by Saint Vael.

11. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@saintvael.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are subject to their stated conditions, validity periods, product restrictions, and availability.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to previous purchases.

We reserve the right to cancel or correct a promotion if it is affected by an error, misuse, fraud, or technical problem.
