How do I find my size?

We recommend consulting our Size & Fit Guide and measuring your bust, waist, and hip before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for the most comfortable fit. Our team is also happy to advise — just reach out.

Do your dresses run true to size?

Yes — Saint Vael dresses are designed to fit true to size with a sculpted, body-flattering silhouette. Individual styles may vary slightly; check each product page for specific fit notes.

Fabric & Care

What fabrics do you use?

We work with fabrics chosen for their drape, breathability, and beautiful movement — including satin-touch weaves, soft crepe, and flowy chiffon-blend fabrications. Full fabric details are listed on each product page.

How should I care for my Saint Vael dress?

Most of our dresses are best hand-washed in cool water or dry-cleaned. Always check the care label inside your garment for specific instructions. We recommend hanging to dry to preserve the shape and print.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard Canadian shipping takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD. Orders under this threshold are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Returns & Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Please email us immediately at info@saintvael.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help.

How do I return an item?

Email us at info@saintvael.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
