Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple and straightforward.

Return Policy

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with removed tags or missing original packaging

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@saintvael.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely and ship to the return address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? We'd love to help. Contact us to initiate an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you'd like is out of stock, we will issue a store credit instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
